• Working schedule from Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00, full-time
• Trial period - 2 months (fully paid)

Your duties:

Search/recruitment of company personnel;

Management of the full recruitment cycle: selection résumés/conducting initial phone interviews/interviews with candidates, developing job descriptions for posting on various online job search platforms;

Ability to identify key competencies for a specific vacancy.

Monitor and analyze the labor market;

You are eligible ifhave/can:

• experience in search/recruiting and high communication skills;
• close vacancies quickly and efficiently, find a common language with different people;
• work in multitask mode;
• know the methods of searching in various sources/resources and personnel evaluation;

Additional plus/advantage will be: work experience in the field of personnel administration, knowledge of legislation in the field of personnel, normative legislative framework, ability to work with personnel documentation.
