Who are we looking for?
You are a recruiting master who knows well how to find and interest the best specialists. You navigate the IT world and understand what it takes to create a strong team. Your job is not just hiring, it's creating synergy between the company and the candidate.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience: 1 + a year in recruiting, preferably in IT.
• Understanding IT: you know the difference between frontend and backend — this is important.
• Languages: fluent Ukrainian (spoken and written).

• Communication: the ability to understand the needs of the customer, determine the ideal profile of the candidate.
• Analysis: you know how to decipher resumes, interviews and other data to find the perfect combination of skills and needs.
• Creative: writing attractive job descriptions for social networks and platforms.- Tools: knowledge of office programs, job sites, social networks (LinkedIn and others).
