Receptionist RR, AM, BMW in AVT Bavariya Grup

We are looking for a receptionist.

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Good command of a personal computer / software.
• English language proficiency
• Well developed communication skills
• Developed business correspondence and oral communication skills
• Organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Meeting and accompanying customers
• Determining customer needs and directing them to the appropriate department
• Receiving incoming calls and processing missed calls of calls
• Processing requests from e-mail and/or social networks
• Formation of reports according to the tasks set by the manager
• Reception and processing of incoming requests in the CRM systems of the relevant brands
• Working with the relevant systems (Sales Force, DSC etc) - we teach on the spot
• Processing missed calls in the Stream CRM system Telecom
• Reception and transmission of correspondence by DHL, Ukrposhta and other courier services
• Control of availability and delivery, timely ordering: products, dishes and stationery
• Control of cleanliness in the showroom
• Preparation and formation of the work schedule
• If necessary, help in translation, correspondence and formation of specifications (English language)
• Driver's license will be a plus (but not necessary)
