R&D Manager in LIGA ZAKON

We are looking for an inquisitive and systematic R&D Manager who will become the "eyes and ears" of our product. Your goal is to research the market, hear the voice of the client and turn insights into real product features that help Ukrainian business become stronger.

We're creating the technology future for 165,000+ business customers. Your role in the team is to find the very "growth points" that will allow our product to remain No. 1 on the market.

What you will need to do:

• Conducting market research, analyzing market trends, competitors, participating in research audiences and sources of information.
• Organization and conducting of interviews, participation in product presentations.
• Planning, organization and participation in exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
• Search and initial screening of potential partners.
• Work with respondents: permanentcollection of leads for interviews and feedback analysis, search and formation of focus groups, preparation of business conclusions.
• Collection of data on new product ideas, preparation of proposals for product improvement.
• Participation as a member of specialized working groups in the formation of recommendations for improving the product portfolio, as well as product and price policy.

Hard Skills:

• Analytical mindset: the ability to work with large amounts of information and draw reasonable conclusions based on it.
• AI Literacy: the ability to effectively use LLM (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) and tools is welcome Google/Microsoft.
• English Language: Upper Intermediate (B2/C1) level will be a significant advantage, but we are willing to consider Intermediate candidates on condition of strong motivation.
• Experience: we are open to professionals, but we are also happy to invite talented students or graduates who are ready to start their career.

Soft Skills:

• Proactivity and initiative: you do not wait for a task, but see opportunities for improvement.
• Communicability: you easily find a common language with respondents, partners and the team.
• Multitasking: the ability to keep focus on several projects at the same time without losing quality.
