Your tasks:

• Reply to messages, comments and DMs from customers: advise on services, accept order, explain processes.
• Process cleaning requests: collect details (type of fabric, product condition), agree terms and prices.
• Help with questions: how to prepare an item for delivery, how much it costs, when to pick it up.
• Monitor feedback, resolve complaints quickly and friendly.
