We are currently looking for a QC Team Lead who will lead the Quality Control team of specialists and will be engaged in improving processes and quality of service to our customers.
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and can share your achievements;
- You have experience in implementing automation in QC processes, which will increase efficiency;
- You confidently master macros, creating tools for routine automation;
- Developed and conducted trainings for the team aimed at improving the quality of service and improving the professional skills of employees;
- Conducted onboarding programs for new QC specialists and shift leaders, helping them to quickly adapt and achieve high results.
Your future duties:
- Development and implementation of evaluation methods to improve the quality of service in chat rooms;
- Creation and regular updating of knowledge base materials;
- Evaluation of the work of QC specialists, providing constructive feedback, conducting tests on knowledge of updates and work processes;
- Constant monitoring of the quality of service, namely: analysis of the duration of chats, responses, detection and classification of errors;
- Deep study of the entire process structure and identification of opportunities for their optimization and improvement.
