We seek a dynamic Internal and External Communications & HR Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive company culture, ensuring precise and consistent communications, and supporting HR initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with С-level and other key stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and streamline HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Functions:

• Interact with department managers to identify risks and opportunities for talent development.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings to support employee growth and address concerns.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience.

Communications:

• Develop and execute the external and internal communications strategy, including brand messaging.
• Create and deliver internal communications content.
• Manage the company’s employer brand and enhance its presence on social media, especially Instagram.
• Coordinate communication initiatives to promote the company culture.

You will be accompanied by an expertly strong team of marketers and designers at all stages.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR (2 years)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in using communication tools and social media platforms.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
