Tasks:
- listening calls of the Customer Support department;
- assessment of the quality of communication of support service specialists and their compliance with company standards;
- providing feedback on listening;
- conducting training programs for interns;
- analysis and recommendations for increasing the efficiency of the department by improving communication with clients.
Important:
- Knowledge of the English language at a high level, which will allow you to listen to calls in English;
- Good communication skills, the ability to clearly formulate your thoughts;
- Attention for details;
- Experience in a similar position or in the field of customer service or personnel training (L&D).
