We are looking for Experienced Specialist who will participate in the development and ensuring the high-quality operation of the customer service control system.

Main tasks:

  • Evaluate the quality of customer service according to existing metrics.
  • Provide feedback on the work of operators and coaching.

  • Participate in the development, improvement and implementation of the quality control system, creation of standards and regulations, monitor their compliance.
