QA Engineer (Intern) in pryntal

We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented self-starter who is eager to start a career in Quality Assurance. If you are ready to learn, grow and hunt for bugs - welcome to the team!

Your main tasks (Learning and Practice):

• Execution of test cases: Thorough execution of already existing test scenarios.

• Finding defects (bugs): Active search, reproduction and fixing of errors in Jira or another defect management system.

• Creating reports: Writing clear and detailed reports on found defects (bug reports).

• Functional testing: Performing functional, regression and UI/UX testing under the supervision of a mentor.

• Interaction with the team: Participation in meetings, cooperation with developers and business analysts.

• Learning theory: Active learning of QA basics, testing techniques, software life cycle and defects.

Our expectations from you:

• Basic understanding of QA: Knowledge of basic principles, types and techniques testing.

• High attention to detail: Ability to notice the smallest inconsistencies and errors.

• Analytical skills: Ability to think logically and reproduce the sequence of actions that led to the defect.

• Communication skills: Clear written and verbal communication.

• Education: Willingness to develop in the field of software testing.

• Will be a plus: Experience with any defect management system (Jira, Trello) or test documentation.
