Service provision period: until 12.31.2026
Place of service provision: Kharkiv city and Kharkiv region
Requirements for the service provider:
- higher education in the field of pedagogy, social work, psychology or public health;
- work experience as a psychologist, teacher or related specialties;
- additional training or certification in the field of crisis intervention, mental health or child protection will be an advantage;
- understanding of the peculiarities of working with children from vulnerable categories;
- possession of individual and group work skills;
- experience of working with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced traumatic events.
Psychosocial support services will be provided in the city of Kharkiv, offline, at the Customer's premises. If it is necessary to go outside the city (within the Kharkiv region) - the trip will be carried out by the Customer's car.
Services include the following:
- conducting group classes aimed at developing skills to cope with stress, emotional regulation and self-awareness, as well as strengthening the sense of safety and trust in the group;
- implementation of activities aimed at on the general development of the child, the formation of social skills, interaction and adaptation skills;
- spreading basic knowledge about emotional well-being, stress, traumatic experience, self-help and mutual support in an accessible, age-appropriate form;
- conducting classes aimed at reducing emotional tension, developing creativity and resourcefulness (art classes, game activities, motor exercises, master classes, etc.);
- providing primary psychosocial support within the scope of their competence and redirecting children and adults to a psychologist or other specialists of the organization in case of identifying complex requests;
- participation in supervisory and coordination meetings of the team.
The service provider must document the services provided in accordance with the forms developed within the project and, upon request, transfer the requested reports on the volumes of services provided to the representatives Customer.
Each expert can conduct up to 20 classes per month. The actual number of classes is determined in accordance with the needs of the Customer and the availability of children of the appropriate category, with the possibility of adjusting this number in agreement withThe customer without changing the price.
The price offered by the tenderer must be fixed for the duration of the contract and cannot be increased.
*The customer reserves the right to choose several service providers within the scope of this procurement.

- Completed and signed Appendix No. 1 (Price proposal) to the Technical Task with the signature of the manager/authorized person/Participant and with a seal if available; for Individuals, indicate the price "on hand" with deduction of taxes;
- Summary (portfolio) indicating qualifications and experience;
- Documents on higher education, documents confirming additional education and improving the level of qualifications of the person who will actually provide the services who will provide the services (if the education document indicates a different last name than the current one (for example, maiden name), then add documents confirming change of surname (marriage certificate, etc.));
- Scanned copies of certificates in the field of crisis intervention, mental health, child protection (if available);
- Registration documents (taxpayer status document, extract or current extract from the Unified State Register of Legal and Individual Entrepreneurs) (for business entities);
- Copy of passport and certificate of identification number assignment (for sole proprietorships and individuals)
Proposals can also be submitted by uploading the required package of documents through the tender site (in case of placing an ad on these resources).
Participants who do not meet the requirements for service providers and proposals sent after the above deadline will be considered invalid and will not be considered will be.
