1st line system administrator in EvoPlay

Responsibilities:

• Configuration and support of Active Directory, GPO, Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019-2021.
• Working with Jira and other task management systems.
• Installation, configuration, repair and maintenance of computer equipment.
• Monitoring the current state of systems, solving user requests.
• Informing users about current problems and their solutions.
• Coordinating mailings regarding planned and unscheduled technical work.
• Accepting and checking equipment from departing employees.
• Deploying and creating Windows images, configuring BIOS.
• Working with cloud services and remote management systems (RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk).

Requirements:

• 1 year of work experience in a similar position (or willingness to consider candidates without experience, but with a desire to develop).
• Knowledge of operating systems Windows, Linux, MAC OS at the level of an advanced user (installation of drivers, software configuration).
• Windows and Mac administration skills, installation and configuration of application software.
• Willingness to work in a team, attention to detail, responsibility, punctuality and willingness to learn
