ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCES

Education and Experience

  • Higher education in the field of psychology or related fields.
  • Experience in managing humanitarian or social projects - from 2 years.
  • Experience in organizing trainings, facilitation sessions, educational events.

Skills

  • Ability to plan, launch and coordinate projects taking into account deadlines and resources.
  • Skills of preparing project documentation: plans, budgets, reports, methodological materials.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders — from partners to representatives communities.
  • Ability to work in a team, moderate meetings, maintain partnerships.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Personal qualities

  • High level of organization and responsibility.
  • Flexibility, initiative, ability to work in conditions of change.
  • Orientation on the result and quality of project implementation.

Will be a plus

  • Understanding humanitarian context.
  • Experience of working with first-line contact specialists (doctors, psychologists, social workers, workers of TsNAPs, etc.).
  • Ability to work with vulnerable population groups, in particular in the context of psychosocial support.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating the implementation of several psychosocial support projects, including planning, launch and support of all stages.
  • Preparation of project documentation: plans, budgets, reports, methodological materials.
  • Participation in the design of new projects in cooperation with the team and partners.
  • Organization and, if necessary, conducting trainings, training sessions, work meetings.
  • Ensuring effective communication between project participants, including partners, trainers and community representatives.
  • Establishing and maintaining partnership relations with local communities, state institutions and international organizations.
  • Ensuring effective use of financial, material resources and project team management.
  • U cooperation with the head of the department - formation of the list and budget of the necessary material and technical resources, procurement control.
  • Maintaining a constant dialogue with partners to strengthen cooperation.
  • Accountability to the manager of the psychosocial support program and compliance with the organization's internal procedures.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Full time (40 hours per week).
  • Work schedule: Monday - Friday.
  • Work format: hybrid (3 days per week in the office, up to 2 days - remotely upon request).
  • Office in the city center with a shelter.
  • Annual contract with the possibility of extension
  • Business trips within Ukraine to implement project activities are possible.
