Chief engineer of the project in Concord Group

The goal of the position is to provide comprehensive project management, preferably experience in the energy sector (power supply, heat supply, renewable energy sources, energy-efficient solutions) from the concept stage to commissioning. Coordination of the work of engineers of various specialties, quality control and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the development of project documentation (stages P, R, working drawings).
• Coordination of work electrical engineers, heating engineers, OV, KVPiA, builders.
• Conducting technical meetings, coordinating solutions with the customer and contractors.
• Controlling compliance of DBN, DSTU projects with international standards (IEC, ISO, ASHRAE).
• Ensuring energy efficiency and optimization of solutions.
• Preparation of technical tasks, explanatory notes, specifications.
• Author supervision of project implementation.
• Management of project risks and resources.
• Presentation of the project to the customer, investors, regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (PPS, electrical engineering, heat engineering).
• Experience as a project manager or project manager from 3 years
• Knowledge of regulatory framework and design standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM systems will be an advantage
• Leadership skills, responsibility, ability to work with the team
• Have a current GIP certificate - additional +
• Ability to be on short business trips - will be an advantage
