Psychologist's assistant in CareerBridge

We are a team of psychologists who help people find harmony, develop and build a conscious life. We work with clients individually and in groups. We need an attentive, empathetic and organized assistant who will help maintain order in the processes and make our service even warmer

Your main tasks:

• Keep a record of clients (online and offline);

• Coordinate the schedule of psychologists, reminders about consultations;

• Answer messages in messengers, social networks, on e-mail;

• Help in the preparation of materials for sessions, trainings, webinars;

• Maintain document flow (contracts, invoices, customer questionnaires);

• If desired, participate in the creation of content about psychology

We are looking for:

• A person with good communication skills, empathy and attentiveness;

• The ability to keep confidentiality is a must;

• Basic computer literacy (Google Workspace, Canva, CRM, etc.);

• Interest in psychology is desirable.
