we invite to our large friendly team - "HR manager".

Basic requirements to the candidate:

• Desirable work experience in personnel selection from 1 year.
• Experience of working with a team and adaptation of employees in a team.
• Knowledge and ownership of modern search and selection tools staff.
Willingness to visit production and work with staff once a week delivery;
• Attention to details, ability to work in a team;
• Higher education.

Main tasks:

• Recruitment and formation of the office team and production.
• Maintenance of personnel documentation.
• Monitoring of the salary market, periodic review of employee wages.
• Building and support of corporate culture, control, support of staff living conditions - conditions in locker rooms, for meals, work clothes, etc.
• Organization of staff adaptation and training, coordination between employees.
• Organization of corporate events, greetings birth.
• Assisting the director in building effective team work, assigning duties, implementing motivational programs, supporting corporate culture.

• Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Sat., Sun. — weekends.
• Work format: hybrid - office 80%, production 20%.
