"Caritas - Spes" in Ukraine implements humanitarian projects aimed at supporting people in difficult life circumstances, overcoming poverty and restoring human dignity. As part of the HOPE project, we work with vulnerable categories of the population in the Zhytomyr Region.

We are currently looking for a Psychologist.

Our requirements:

• The candidate must be able/know: how to provide high-quality psychological assistance, prescribe a program according to the needs of the group, keep reporting documentation.
• Knowledge in psychology, namely in working with evacuated people.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting an initial psychological assessment of the psycho-emotional state of the beneficiaries (daily).
• Conducting individual psychological consultations for the beneficiaries (weekly).
• Conducting group classes / psychoeducational sessions within the framework of stabilization programs (according to the approved schedule).
• Participation in an interdisciplinary team (case discussion, coordination with social workers and MHPSS team).
• Maintenance of psychological documentation (session notes, support plans, journals - 100% of cases).
• Preparation of activity reports (weekly / monthly, quantitative and qualitative indicators).
