Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (management, economics, business administration or related specialty).
• High level of analytical abilities, developed communication skills, confident negotiation skills.
• Experience in the field of category management will be an advantage.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, high level of self-organization, balance.
• Developed communication skills, the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and partners.
• A confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of Google Workspace, basic skills in working with CRM and analytical tools.
• For men aged 18 to 60, having a military registration document.

Main duties:

• Defining a strategy for each specific Promotion.
• Setting tasks for Category Managers on selection of the assortment for the promotion.
• Forecasting sales in the promotion and setting the task of UTZ on ordering goods for the promotion.
• Accumulation and processing of statistics on the promotion conducted to improve forecasting methods.
• Monitoring of promotional prices and assortment in other retail chains.
• Working with overstocks together with category managers.
• Working with the E-com channel - negotiations with partners, terms of cooperation.
