Who are we inviting?

Students and graduates of universities majoring in economics/finance without experience or with no extensive work experience, with knowledge of the English language

Functional duties:

• processing of customer requests (including complaints, thanks)
• updating service standards, evaluation criteria, forms and schemes for evaluating the quality of service, providing feedback based on the results assessments
• carrying out and calculating the service quality indicator
• providing feedback based on the results of the service quality assessment
• organizing and conducting events and projects to improve the quality of customer service
• forming reports based on the results of the service quality assessment and the measures and projects carried out to improve the quality of service
• submitting initiatives to improve the Bank’s processes, customer experience and the work of the Management

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: higher economic (specialty "Banking" or "Finance")
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate (both oral and in writing)
• fluency in computer technology at the user level, software tools MS Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Power Point
• High learning ability
• Analytical skills, ability to analyze diverse information and draw conclusions
• Ability to prioritize
• Knowledge and ability to search for information on the Internet
