Project Specialist (Clinical Research) in Oximio

• Processes timely processing of shipment orders for the assigned project and provides customers with complete information on shipment, tracking, delays and other details on the project
• Informs customers about incoming cargo, transit cargoes according to projects, creates types of materials in the accounting system, reads temperature loggers
• Processes requests for additional labeling, organizes the process of relabeling in accordance with the instructions provided by the client and internal SOP, RI and GMP rules
• Initiates and organizes the process of moving materials within the warehouse and between locations in order to optimize storage locations and to (or from) the quarantine zone(s), between projects, according to the client's request and internal standards and work instructions
• Responsible for the proper maintenance, quality and content of project documentation.
• Carries out accounting and re-accounting of materials.
• Fills the inventory system with information for a new project (name of the drug, list of clinical bases, accompanying documentation, availability of a checklist
• Initiates the timely ordering of necessary labels for the labeling/relabeling process, monitors these processes and informs customers

Ohimio's ideal candidate:

• Higher or secondary special education
• Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level
• Confident PC user, 1C programs
• Attention attention to detail, accuracy, responsibility, ability to work in a team
• Ability to follow procedures and act according to instructions
• Experience in the pharmaceutical field is welcome
