The Foundation implements its mission and aims to become an effective, sustainable and recognizable institution in the field of supporting children.
The "Voices of Children" Foundation, in partnership with the international organization Plan International, started work within the framework of the "Relief to Protect (R2P)" project. Project to improve the protection and MHPSS mechanisms for conflict-affected children, adolescents, and their families in Ukraine" (Project to improve the protection and MHPSS mechanisms for conflict-affected children, adolescents, and their families in Ukraine), which is financed by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs (GFFO).
The project is implemented in the communities of Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia and Kharkiv regions
For this purpose, the fund announces the purchase of the services of a "Case Manager" in the Zaporizhia branch.
Requirements:
- higher education in the specialty "Social Work", "Social Pedagogy" and "Psychology" will be an advantage;
- experience of social work, in particular in international projects, from 1 year;
- readiness for business trips in Ukraine;
- understanding of the topic of protection of children's rights and familiarity with the legislation of Ukraine: "On education", "On preschool education", "On general secondary education", "On extracurricular education", "On vocational and technical education", "On higher education", "On prevention and combating domestic violence", "On social work with families, children and youth", "On protection childhood", "About social services", etc.;

Responsibilities:
- assessing the needs of families in the region, defining the request and the main issues;
- forming a work plan, attracting resources, specialists, teams to meet the needs of families with children;
- engaging a network of partner organizations related to case management (educational, medical, legal assistance, organization of leisure and other recreational activities etc.);
- providing charitable assistance;
- monitoring the implementation of the work plan;
- keeping the necessary documentation, in particular the reporting provided for by the project;
- implementation of the set indicators;
- representing the interests of clients in organizations of the state and non-state sector;
- organization and provision of services to increase educational potential and parental competences customers;
- organization of psychosocial work with children and their immediate environment using an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach;
- participation in the preparation of social stories and other content with the aim of highlighting and popularizing the work of the foundation.
