Project manager (wind turbines, wind farms) in SPP Development Ukraine

MAIN TASKS AND FUNCTIONS:

• Full support of projects for the construction of wind power plants.
• Selection of potential sites for placement of wind turbines, organization and control of wind measurements.
• Preparation and support for the development of urban planning documentation (land planning documentation, DPT, SEO, MBU).
• Organization and support of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) procedure.
• Preparation for obtaining technical conditions (TEO, TU).
• Obtaining a construction permit.
• Coordination of interaction with state bodies, local administrations, operators of distribution systems (OSR/OSP), contractors and consultants.
• Participation in the selection of technological equipment (wind generators, transformers, SCADA systems, substations, etc.), technical and commercial analysis of proposals.
• Organization and control of design and construction and installation works, commissioning of facilities.
• Control of execution of schedules, budgets and quality of work.
• Ensuring compliance of projects with the requirements of applicable norms and standards (including IEC 61400).

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Higher technical education - necessarily in electrical engineering or electrical engineering (wind energy - an advantage).
• Work experience in wind energy or related fields (from 5 years).
• Knowledge of IEC 61400 standards and wind engineering design requirements.
• Skills of CAD packages, SCADA systems.
• In-depth understanding of energy systems, network integration, principles of operation of electrical equipment.
• Analytical thinking, ability to solve technical problems, communication skills.
• Readiness for visits to facilities (installation, start-up, inspection).
• Availability of relevant certificates will be an advantage.
