About the position

We are looking for a project manager who will be responsible for planning, coordination and control of project implementation.

This is a key role in the team that helps to organize work processes, optimize tasks and ensure timely implementation of projects.

Main responsibilities
Project management

• Planning of project implementation stages

• Control of deadlines tasks

• Setting tasks for the team and monitoring results

• Coordinating internal processes

Team interaction

• Organizing work processes between departments

• Conducting work meetings

• Controlling team workload

• Supporting effective communications

Work with documentation and analytics

• Maintenance of project documentation

• Control of KPI execution

• Preparation of project reports

• Analysis of process efficiency

Optimization processes

• Identification of weak points in the processes

• Implementation of new management tools

• Improving the internal organization of work

Requirements for the candidate

• Experience as a Project Manager or project coordinator will be an advantage

• Organization and systematic thinking

• High communication skills

• Ability to work with several tasks at the same time

• Confident use of PC and online services

• Responsibility and result orientation
