Project coordinator in Talanovyti, GO

Public association TALANOVITI works with teenagers aged 14 and over. We create conditions in which they better understand themselves through action, so that they can then make a conscious choice about their professional future. 

TALENTED form a bridge that unites youthful potential with business experience: with us, teenagers work in teams on real tasks - with deadlines and responsibility for the result. Emphasis is on practice, acquiring useful skills and support from mentors. 

We are looking for a coordinator who will be a point of support for our programs: help organize processes, be in contact with teenagers and parents, coordinate online and offline activities and support the team in daily work.

This is a position for those who want to work with young people, develop in the public sector and see the real result of their work.

Main tasks:

• Coordinating the participation of teenagers in programs: from selection to completion;

• Communication with teenagers, parents and the team;

• Organizational support of online and offline activities;

• Keeping documentation and monitoring progress of participants.

Mandatory skills:

• Confident command of Google Workspace and online tools (Zoom, LMS, etc.);

• Experience in organizational or administrative work;

• Ability to work with documentation, tables and reports;

• Self-organization and responsibility in a remote format.

 Will be a plus:

• Experience in youth or public organizations;

• Experience in organizing educational or social events;

• Basic understanding project work or fundraising.
