Who we are looking for A person who:
- has experience in project management / coordination in NGOs or charitable foundations;
- able to work with turnkey projects: planning > implementation > reporting; - ready to take responsibility for direction, team and result;
- is not afraid of difficult topics and work with a sensitive audience;
- wants to be part of a systemic organization, not a one-time volunteer.

- Control of tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Communication with partners, donors, other units of the fund.
- Preparation of internal reporting on projects.
- Participation in improving the fund's project processes.
Our requirements
- Mandatory experience of managing or coordinating projects in an NGO / charitable foundation.
- Understanding the specifics of the non-profit sector.
- Systemic thinking and responsibility for the result.
- Ability to work with people and processes.
- Willingness to devote from 15 hours a week.
- Independence and maturity in decision-making.
Format of collaboration:
- Volunteer position at the start.
- Involvement: from 15 hours per week.
- Remote format with regular communication.
- After 2 months of cooperation - the possibility of transition to the staff of the fund.
