What you need to do: ?You will have full responsibility for the marketing function and a team of specialists (SEO, SMM, PPC, targeting, e-mail, Telegram, YouTube).

Key tasks:

• Improve existing marketing results

• Send the command TOP specialists

Without decorations - how it will really be:

1. The team is your zone of influence. You are responsible for the team to deliver results
2.  We test, fall, stand up - research of new markets, hypothesis testing, iterations. Not all startups will work the first time, and that's okay
3.  Growth, not stability - if you are more comfortable in the mode of "everything works, we don't touch anything" - our job is not for you

? What are we? we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, not necessarily in an agency

• Deep understanding of digital directions (SEO, Meta, Google, SMM is a must)

• Real impact on business decisions, not "executor tasks". Head of Marketing is a full-fledged partner of the CEO and COO

• Ability to work in an environment where you need to defend decisions, argue with numbers and take responsibility.

• Attention: write "CMO++" in the job description

• Experience managing a team without micromanaging?
