Project Manager (sports/eSports) in Hirebirds

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to work with a large business in the field of managing partners' advertising materials and placing them on various media platforms

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in the management of advertising projects from 2 years.
• Experience in working with creative materials.
• Strong communication skills to interact with designers, team, clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in detailed project planning, including time/resource estimation, identifying and preventing critical situations,maintaining project documentation.
• Knowledge of full cycle and promotional materials development processes.
• Understanding project management tools and CRM systems.
• Aligning project goals with the company's business strategy.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes in the project.
• Result orientation and analytical thinking.
• Practical experience in building/optimizing project processes.
• Interest and knowledge in the field of games, sports and e-sports will be a significant advantage!
• English language level (B2+).

Responsibilities:

• Regular communication support between partners and contractors.
• Promoting the development of business opportunities within of the project.
• Create and maintain project management documentation and review it as needed.
• Manage day-to-day operational activities related to the project.
• Manage teams of creatives and direct their activities to ensure project execution and completion within scope and schedule.
• Perform data consolidation and analysis.
• Manage daily operations aspects of the project.
• Effectively communicate relevant scope-related information to team and management.
• Promptly resolve and/or escalate issues related to critical situations.
• Develop project plans according to the overall roadmap to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
