Project Manager (Sales / Call Center direction) in Koll Treyd

We are an international company with many years of work experience and high financial turnover. We are successfully working on the European Union market, developing various sales directions and customer service in the field of Beauty/Health industry. In connection with the expansion, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will help us develop new projects and quickly scale the team of sales operators.

Responsibilities:

• Connecting existing GEOs to new projects, ensuring their development, establishing interaction processes and adapting them to local markets.
• Training of sales managers in different GEOs (countries) for effective work in the project, participation in recruiting
• Development, adaptation and testing of new sales and communication scripts.
• Interaction with the HR team, technical department and curators to implement a joint development strategy.
• Control of team performance (plan, approval, purchase, call-in, average check, etc. KPI);
• Development and implementation of new business processes to increase efficiency;
• Management of financial reporting on the profitability of the project.

Requirements:

• Experience of project or team management from 1 year (in sales/call center/customer service);
• Ability to build work processes and motivate people;
• Knowledge of one of the languages (Polish, Hungarian, Greek, Czech, Romanian, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Bulgarian)
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• Responsibility, systematicity, ability to work for results;
