Project manager in EVROPAN, TOV

Cable plant "EUROPAN" invites a project manager to join its team. We are not just looking for a "salesperson" or a "laboratory technician". We need a Project Managerwho will lead the development of an accredited testing laboratory as a separate, successful and profitable business line.

Our laboratory specializes in testing cable and conductor products (electrical, physical-mechanical, chemical, fire tests) and issues official reports. Your goal is to make this service a popular product on the market of Ukraine and the EU.

Your key tasks:

1. Strategy and development:

• Formation of a vision: where and how to develop the laboratory (services, markets, new niches).
• Work with the target audience: manufacturers, importers, exporters (entering EU markets).
• Analysis of promising types of tests that will be in demand tomorrow.

2. The product of the laboratory:

• Creation of a portfolio of services (from one-off tests to comprehensive turnkey support).
• Packaging of technical capabilities into a value understandable for the client.
• Making decisions on expanding the scope of accreditation.

3. Resources and investments:

• Planning the development of the material and technical base together with the technical team.
• Economic justification of purchases: evaluating the payback of equipment through future orders.

4. Process management:

• Building the "client's path": from the first request to receiving the protocol.
• Optimization of interaction between the client and the technical department.
• Control of quality, terms and level of service.

5. Clients and market:

• Negotiations with key partners.
• Explaining the importance and value of accredited protocols for the customer’s business.
