Project Manager (RnD) in Pro recruitment

We are looking for a Project Manager (RnD) who is able to professionally manage the development of high-precision mechanisms where every detail matters for real combat conditions. We entrust you with the full cycle of resource, risk and procurement management, expecting in return high accuracy in estimating deadlines and the ability to effectively remove any blockers on the way to creating a reliable product

Key tasks:

• Collection and description of requirements (levels: business, user and functional)
• Visualization of decomposed tasks
• Definition of preliminary terms and necessary resources for implementation
• Budgeting and procurement within the project (forming and approval of the application, documentary control of supply and use of TMC)
• Interaction with Contractors at all stages of the project and development stages (Concept, Sketch/Working Project, Working documentation)
• Control of all stages of the project and assessment of possible risks
• Assurance timely provision of information to all project participants
• Finding a solution to resolve project implementation blockers
• Working in Jira

Desired competencies:

• Technical background (higher technical education or previous experience in an engineering position)
• Understanding the stages and process of industrial development (hardware & software)
• Experience in working with projects and managing several simultaneously teams
• Ability to organize and coordinate the work process, establish effective connections between different project groups
• Application of project evaluation and analysis techniques (Three-point estimation and others)
• Responsibility and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Speed and accuracy in setting and performing tasks
• Ability to find solutions to problems in a tight time frame
