Responsibilities:

General approach

• Participation in the implementation of strategic projects as:
  • project team member.

Project management

• Promotion and monitoring the progress of projects.
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the implementation of projects in accordance with established deadlines, budget and expected results.
• Preparation of project documentation (plans, schedules, progress reports).
• Identification and management of risks, as well as communication about them with all involved parties.

Communication with stakeholders

• Interaction with internal and external project participants (functional teams, consultants, suppliers).
• Ensuring timely reporting and transparency of project implementation for management.

Tools and methodologies

• Using modern project management tools.
• Working within the framework of PMO (project management office) standards, including maintaining templates, logs and reports.

• Project management experience in the field of FMCG, manufacturing or consulting.
• Ability to work with toolsproject management.
• Knowledge and practical use of project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, etc.).
• Understanding of business processes and principles of their optimization.
• Strong analytical skills, systems thinking.
• Experience in preparing project documentation, reporting, road maps.
• Skills in managing communication between functional teams.
• Higher education (economics, management, technical specialties).
• Knowledge of the English language at a level no lower than Upper-Intermediate (will be an advantage).
