Responsibilities

< li> Interaction with software development teams to ensure effective work, control task statuses and time spent
• Development and support of internal project management processes
• Work with project risks
• Optimization of resources for project implementation
• Planning and budgeting of projects
• Reporting
• Preparation of requirements for tasks and maintenance of project documentation
• Organization and participation in test trips, communication with third parties
• Working with a large number of input variables, it is always necessary to adapt project plans to external factors

Additional information:

• Team: 10+ people
• The project combines part of the physical product and software
• Work in the office, typical schedule 10-19, but flexible by agreement, business trips and trips are possible for field testing within the region

Requirements

• Experience as a PM at least 2 years (hardware project in a product company)< /li>
• Project budgeting experience
• Documentation and reporting experience
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks < /li>
• Ability to quickly solve problems and non-standard situations
• Be flexible to change priorities and estimates

Will be a plus:

• Experience in managing hardware projects
• Knowledge of basic concepts in electronics, engineering, physics
• Possession of a driver's license cat.B
