IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in IT business analysis (5+ years)
• Proficient with low code platforms like Pega, Microsoft Power Apps, Salesforce, Mendix, or others
• Understanding the business analysis specifics with low code implementation
• Adept in understanding customers and their commercial problems
• Professionally leading the design of solutions tailored for success
• Experienced in supporting development teams in the Agile environment
• Skilled in business needs definition, business and solution requirements elicitation and analysis, process modeling and analysis, solution definition, backlog management, solution validation, workshops facilitation
• Possessing great presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in business English
• Fluent in the Italian language (would be a plus)
