Project Manager / Project Manager in BAUST architects

At Baust Architects you will lead architectural projects in Ukraine and abroad, be the main point of contact with the client, manage the project team and be responsible for the movement of projects in terms of time, budget and quality.

Baust Architects is a Ukrainian architectural studio that designs modern residential and commercial objects in Ukraine and abroad. We are expanding and are looking for a Project Manager who will help systematically manage projects, strengthen the team and support the stable movement of projects.

• budgets by stages were under control; 
• projects were completed on time; 

What you will do

• lead the project team and set clear goals for tasks, deadlines and budget hours; 
• plan team loading and distribute projects; 
• monitor the progress of projects and the timely delivery of stages; 
• be the main point of contact for the client; 
• record agreements, control budgets, payments and additional work; 
• support team productivity; 
• improve internal processes and work tools. 

It will be an advantage

• experience in the field of architecture, construction or development; 
• experience of conducting international projects; 
• openness to learning, new tools, AI and automation. 

Format of work

• completely remote; 
• it is important to be in touch during working hours; 
• time zone of the team — Kyiv ±2 hours; 
• working communication: Ukrainian / Russian / English.
