Hello! We are the Charitable Foundation "Klub Dobrodiyiv", an all-Ukrainian charitable organization that has been helping Ukrainian children and teenagers since 2016. During our work, we:

• realized more than 150 life-changing projects that gave children new opportunities;
• united more than 1000 responsible adults into a community of support;
• raised more than 200 million hryvnias, which turned into tangible changes for teenagers - those who will soon shape the future of Ukraine;
• supported more than 300,000 children and teenagers from all over the country during a full-scale war;
• and opened Place of Strength — a transformative space for adolescent support and development! More than 30,000 visitors have visited the Place of Strength since its opening.

Now we are in a period of scaling and major organizational transformation. We are calling for additional forces in the team who will support our plans, share the ambitions and values ​​of supporting teenagers! Among other roles, we are looking for a career consultant for a project on online consultations with young people! font-style: normal">TASKS TO BE PERFORMED:

For this you need to have:

• higher education (psychology, sociology, HR, pedagogy or related areas);
• experience in conducting individual consultations (career / career guidance);
• understanding of approaches to career guidance and development;
• experience working with teenagers and young people will be an advantage;
• ability to work with requests of uncertainty, anxiety about the future, low motivation;
• experience working in an NGO /light projects will be a plus;
• readiness for regular supervision and professional development;
• structurality, responsibility, ability to give clear recommendations;
• availability of an open FOP 3 group.
