Project Manager in L7 United

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the full cycle of company project implementation - both product (in cooperation with Product Managers) and internal organizational and infrastructure initiatives.

You will be a key operational role between business, product and technical teams and will be responsible for deadlines, budget, quality and results.

Main tasks:

• project initiation together with stakeholders and responsible units

• collection and analysis of project initiatives and proposals

• risk assessment and project preparation for launch

• formation of the project structure (WBS), stages and dependencies

• development of calendars plans, defining the critical path

• planning resources, roles and team workload

• launch and operational management of projects

• daily coordination of teams, ensuring transparent project status

• organization of regular meetings, stand-ups, reports, demos

• control of deadlines, budget and quality execution

• removing blockers, solving conflicts and current problems

• synchronizing work with product managers and supporting product roadmap implementation

• organizing cross-functional interaction between product, technical and administrative teams

We expect for:

• experience as a Project Manager / Technical PM / Project Coordinator from 3 years
  (IT, engineering, technological or production projects)

• practical experience of managing several projects and teams at the same time

• understanding and application of Agile / Scrum / Kanban approaches

• experience of working with project management tools and task managers

• developed planning, prioritization and resource management skills

• ability to work with risks and changes

• understanding of business processes and the basics of general management

• ability to structure large volumes of information and prepare clear documentation

• basic understanding of IT / engineering or technical specifics will be an advantage

• English language - at the basic level
