Operation and technical management (key area of responsibility)

• Management of the operation of the production enterprise and the entire entrusted infrastructure
• System monitoring of the technical condition of production equipment, engineering networks, buildings and structures
• Organization and control of planned maintenance, preventive and emergency maintenance works
• Analysis of technical malfunctions, organization of their elimination, prevention of production downtimes
• Work with contractors and service organizations, quality and time control of works
• Participation in modernization, start-up and optimization of equipment
• Control of compliance with occupational health and safety requirements

Economic activity

• Management of the economic part of the enterprise and the territory of the plant
• Control of security, cleaning, access of transport
• Ensuring order, safety and proper condition of the territory
• Control of economic expenses within the limits of competence
• Reporting to the management regarding operational and technical condition enterprise

Warehouse (related function)

• Control of the order and storage conditions
• Interaction with the storekeeper
• Participation in inventories at the control level

Mandatory engineering skills

• Understanding the principles of industrial equipment
• Experience in operation and maintenance of production equipment
• Ability to read technical documentation and diagrams
• Practical experience in organizing maintenance and repairs
• Basic knowledge of engineering systems (electricity, mechanics, ventilation)

Work experience

• Experience from 5 years of work in positions:
  • deputy plant director/plant director
  • chief engineer
  • technical manager / operation manager
• Experiencejobs at manufacturing enterprises or factories - mandatory
• Experience in personnel and contractor management

Education

• Higher or secondary special technical education (required)
• Engineering education
• Additional training in equipment operation and labor protection - advantage
