About the role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day running of projects, coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers and ensure a clear process from design to delivery. This role is suitable for a detail-oriented, proactive person who works confidently under a large number of tasks and is able to quickly find solutions in difficult situations.
Corner is a kitchen brand that designs and manufactures high-quality custom kitchen for customers around the world. Main responsibilities
Project coordination with the manufacturer.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and partners.
Management of the budget, accounts and payment schedules.
Control and resolution of technical issues between design and production teams.
Collection, verification and organization of necessary project documentation.
Processes and checklists support.
Cooperation with logistics partners regarding transportation and delivery schedules.
Quick resolution of operational issues to prevent project delays.
Communication with customers during the period of delivery and installation of projects.
Requirements
Experience in the field of project management in a manufacturing company (preferably a furniture company) or in the field of logistics.
High stress resistance and the ability to work effectively in an intensive environment.
Persistence and the ability to see things through, even in the face of obstacles.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to simultaneously manage several projects.
Attention to details and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in English (oral and written).
Would be an advantage
Experience in the field of furniture, interiors or construction.
Experience in the field of logistics.
