Requirements

• Experience of Project Manager from 1 year in the field of IT
• Greetings from 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in any other field
• Understanding methodologies
• Configuring processes
• Knowledge of the principles of web programming and mobile development
• High communication skills
• Experience in managing people (creation, scaling, firing, rotation of team members)
• Skills in drawing up a work plan, decomposition of tasks for programmers
• Knowledge of English at Upper Intermediate or higher level

Will be a plus

• Interface prototyping
• Ability to correctly measure and increase the department's work results development

What will be included in your responsibilities

• Collection of project requirements
• Setting tasks for team members
• Managing the planning process (defining the plan and preparing for implementation of the project)
• Maintenance of document flow according to the project
• Analysis of ready-made technical solutions, selection of the best based on the received data
• Monitoring of deadlinestasks implementation according to the project
• Control of the scope of tasks and team capabilities
• Communication with the team and the client, setting the workflow (development, testing, work with requirements)
• Reporting to internal stakeholders
