Project Manager (Production) in Everstar

One of our key customers specializes in the development and production of unmanned aerial vehicles.

The company has established and scaled its own production of UAVs.

Now they are looking for a team of with knowledge of electronics or experience with hardware.

1. Project management:
   • Planning, coordination and control of the implementation of projects in the field of electronics.
   • Development and coordination of the project plan according to the terms, budget and resources.

2. Setting tasks and monitoring their execution.
3. Working with customers and suppliers:
   • Communication with customers regarding the requirements and specifications of products.
   • Interaction with component suppliers, control of delivery dates.
4. Quality and Compliance Control:
   • Ensuring compliance with electronics manufacturing quality standards.
   • Implementing risk minimization and remediation measures defects.
5. Financial control and risk management:
   • Project budget control, management expenses.
   • Analysis of risks and development of measures to eliminate them.
6. Reporting and analytics:
   • Preparation of reports on the status of projects, identification of problems and proposals for their elimination.
   • Analysis of the efficiency of production processes and implementation of improvements.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in project management (preferably in electronics manufacturing).
• Understanding the manufacturing processes of electronic devices and components.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with technical documentation.
• Knowledge of quality standards and requirements for electronic products (ISO, IPC, etc.).
• A confident user of MS Project, ERP systems, Jira or similar project management tools.

This role requires a proactive approach, a high degree of responsibility and the ability to effectively coordinate work between different departments to successfully implement projects.
