Head of Delivery Office in robota.ua

We are currently looking for a Head of Delivery Office.

Main responsibilities:

• Development of the delivery management function in the company: formation of system, predictability and transparency in the implementation of initiatives;

• Implementation of uniform planning, tracking, prioritization and risk management in product and technical teams;

• Ensuring effective interaction between Product, Tech, Data, QA and Design teams to achieve business results;

• Management of the Delivery / Project Managers team: goal setting, mentoring, development and performance evaluation;

• Support of planning, resource management, loading and cross-team processes dependencies;

• Building a culture of predictability, transparent reporting and continuous improvement of processes.

It is important for us:

• Work experience of 3 years or more in the position of Head of Delivery / Program Manager / Senior Project Manager / Head of Projects in a product or technology company;

• Practical understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban / Scaled principles Agile;

• Experience scaling project/delivery/program management processes in a company with several teams (5+);

• Ability to effectively interact with various functions — from development to business;

• Strong systems thinking, facilitation skills, conflict management, adaptability;

• English — Upper-Intermediate+ (for work with documentation, tools, communication).

• Ability to create partnerships with teams;

• Communication, system, ability to inspire and convey vision;

• Orientation on results and willingness to take responsibility.
