  • Manage a team of 6+ engineers;
  • Develop, maintain and implement project plans in accordance with the company's strategic goals;
  • Communicate project progress, risks, assessments and plans both with internal stakeholders and external partners;
  • Create and improve team and inter-team processes, optimizing them to achieve project and company goals;
  • Manage project risks with the aim of minimizing them;
  • Monitor releases to ensure successful implementation of projects.

We need your professional experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of project management;
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing projects at all stages of their life cycle;
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Notion and Google applications;
  • Knowledge of Scrum/Kanban/SAFe;
  • Experience in fintech or payments;
  • Deep knowledge in risk management for their identification, assessment and minimization;
  • Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level.

We need your professional experience:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Project Management;
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading projects through their full life cycle;
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion) and Google apps;
  • Experience in fintech or payments;
  • Expertise in risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks;
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency is required.
