Ensureunified management of all DoLadu projects, stable pace of execution, interchangeability of roles, quality control of processes and results, as well aslinking between programs, teams and stakeholders (management, donors, partners).
Role in the structure
Project Lead:
- is thesingle point of coordination of all projects;
- manages project coordinators and replaces them in critical situations;
- stitches projects with communications, partnerships and finances.
Key areas of responsibility
1. DoLadu project system management
- General management of all active DoLadu projects.
- Control of statuses, stages, deadlines and risks.
- Building and maintaining a unified logic of project management.
- Prioritization of tasks between projects.
- Ensuring synchronization between programs (School, Camps, Community, etc.).
2. Management of team meetings and tasks
- Planning and facilitation of regular team meetings.
- Fixing decisions and agreements.
- Setting tasks in Trello / other system:
- on project coordinators;
- on communication;
- for partnerships;
- for the financial department.
- Control of tasks and deadlines.
3. Management of reporting and grant processes
- Coordination of writing reports for donors.
- Control of compliance of reporting with grant conditions.
- Submission of budgets for grants:
- collection of data from teams;
- reconciliation with finances;pan>
- coordinating with the CEO / COO.
- Ensuring transparency of financial and project logic.
4. Interchangeability and replacement of roles
- Full readinessto replace any project coordinator:
- in vacation;
- on sick leave;
- in a crisis period.
- Knowledge of all processes of each project.
- Ensuring continuity of program implementation.
5. Execution of management assignments
- Execution of management assignments according to prescribed scenarios.
- A single entry point for tasks on:
- communications;
- partnerships;
- internal communications.
- Translation of strategic decisions into specific project tasks.
- Control of implementation without micromanagement.
6. Reactive tasks and crisis management
- Setting and controlling reactive tasks:
- communication; 400">partnership;
- financial.
- Quick response to changes, failures, risks.
- Make operational decisions within the scope of responsibility.
- Escalate strategic or critical issues only.
Key Skills
- Manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Leadership of teams of coordinators.
- Setting tasks and monitoring execution.
- Preparation of reports for donors.
- Working with budgets and grant applications.
qualificationsRequired:
- Experience managing multiple projects or teams.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience with reporting and budgets.
- Ability to work with high responsibility.
- Proficiency in Ukrainian language.
Would be an advantage:
- Experience in social / veteran projects.
- Understanding grant logic.
- Experience working next to the CEO / COO.
