Project manager of the counterparty and product analysis department in NovaPay

• work experience in the field of compliance, risk management, monitoring of payment operations, acquiring in a non-banking financial institution/bank from 2 years;
• experience of participating in the implementation/analysis of products or payment processes;
• work experience in the function of the II line of protection or close interaction with it will be a plus;
• knowledge of the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and the regulatory legal acts of the NBU in the field of payment services, financial monitoring, compliance and risk management;
• knowledge of the principles of building an internal control system and three lines of protection;
• knowledge of the basic principles of acquiring, payment operations and life cycle of payment transactions;
• confident user of MS Office (Excel - work with large data sets);
• experience with analytical reports, tables, dashboards will be a plus.

Main tasks:

• assessment of the Company's products for compliance, regulatory, reputational and fraud risks;
• preparation of conclusions on compliance with legal requirements and internal policies;
• participation in decision-making regarding the introduction and modification of products, initiation of escalations in case of unacceptable risk;
• development, testing and improvement of rules and scenarios to detect fraudulent or illegal operations;
• analysis of the effectiveness of monitoring models and providing suggestions for their improvement;
• use of customer behavioral models and a risk-oriented approach to improve monitoring processes;
• control of monitoring processes on the first line of defense for compliance with internal policies and procedures;
• participation in review escalated operations with the preparation of positions and recommendations for management;
• initiation of escalations in case of an unacceptable level of risks, participation in the improvement of interaction procedures between the 1st and 2nd lines of protection;
• development of performance indicators of the system for monitoring operations and compliance controls;
• preparation of analytical materials, reports and conclusions for management, collegial bodies, NBU inspections and audit;
• participation in the improvement of internal policies and procedures in the area of countermeasureswindow use of the payment infrastructure.
