Project manager management of credit analysis of retail business (scorer)

                 Functional responsibilities:

• Development, validation, testing and construction of credit scoring models for individuals.
• Update of algorithms of existing credit scoring models.
• Analysis effectiveness of credit scoring models.
• Construction of new and actualization of existing credit scoring models for individuals.
• Development of credit policy rules in the field of lending to individuals.
• Search, collection, aggregation of data, control of proper storage, validation and cleaning of data.
• Segmentation of the client base for various processes of the Bank.
• Automation of development, implementation, monitoring, interpretation processes credit scoring models, ensuring the smooth operation of these processes.
• Maintenance of documentation related to credit scoring models.
• Building reports on the operation of credit scoring models.
• Analysis of the retail credit portfolio.

Requirements for candidates: 

• Higher technical\mathematical education.
• Knowledge of methods of statistical analysis and construction of mathematical models.
• Experience of working in a similar position from 1 year.
• Practical experience of using machine learning methods (regression, decision trees, neural networks, etc.).
• Knowledge of SQL at the level of writing complex queries.
• Experience of working with R/Python.
• Analytical mindset and fast training.
• The presence of a military ticket or a temporary certificate of conscript (for men).
