Project manager of international IT projects in EZdorovya

eZdorovya is an IT company responsible for the development and implementation of the largest projects in Ukraine from the eHealth electronic health care system.

Our tasks are to support health care reforms, develop new digital services, develop and eHealth system support (technical administration, updates, uninterrupted operation of the central database), integration of medical information systems, protection of patient data, interaction with partners - state institutions, IT companies, international donors and technical assistance projects. ABOUT THE PROJECT

Long-term medical data exchange project between Ukraine and Estonia in the MyHealth@EU format.  The project is aimed at integrating Ukraine into the European ecosystem of electronic health care through the implementation of MyHealth@EU standards. Over the course of three years, it is planned to: establish cross-border data exchange between Ukrainian and Estonian medical information systems, in particular electronic prescriptions and patient data; unification of technical standards and protocols ensuring the compatibility of the healthcare systems of both countries with the European eHealth Digital Service Infrastructure (eHDSI); development and adaptation of the legal framework that regulates the protection of personal data, security of exchange and compliance with GDPR requirements; conducting pilot projects with the involvement of health care institutions, pharmaceutical institutions and doctors to test the cross-border exchange of prescriptions and medical data; user training and support: organization of trainings, consultations and onboarding for medical professionals, system administrators and patients; monitoring and evaluation of results, including analysis of efficiency, security and user experience, as well as preparation of recommendations for scaling the project to other EU countries. 
The expected result is the creation of a reliable mechanism for the cross-border exchange of medical data, which will allow patients from Ukraine and Estonia to receive high-quality medical services abroad, and doctors - access to up-to-date information about the health status of patients in a standardized format.

DUTIES IN THIS ROLE

• organization of the work of the project team within the framework of project implementation, including in terms of approval;

• ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders;

• preparation, maintenance and updating of project documentation (project plan, resource plan, communications plan, risk/stakeholder matrix and other documents related to project management);

• preparation of periodic reporting;

• team motivation and environment provision for effective project implementation.
  
  

  REQUIRED SKILLS

• 3-4 years of project management experience in the development of enterprise software products and software implementation on the customer/developer side;

• experience of managing a team of 10 people;

• knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBoK standards (required);

• knowledge and practical skills of working with the full SDLC cycle;

• experience with Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall;

• experience with T&M and Fixed Price contracts;

• practical experience using project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.);

• English not lower than upper intermediate;

• the advantage for the candidate will be a portfolio of projects consisting of international teams, with foreign investors, projects of international technical assistance, with the involvement of donor funding funds.
