Project Manager Middle in PLASH

Right now we are looking for a Middle-level Project Manager who has experience in managing development projects in the field of media buying and is ready to take the initiative and drive processes.

Where and how we work:full - time. Our office is in Kyiv.

Your experience is relevant for us if you:

• You have 1 year of project management experience in the field of media buying;
• You know how to plan, set and control tasks, organize the full development cycle (planning > development > testing > implementation > support > improvement);
• You are confident in working with task managers: Trello / Jira / ClickUp;
• You have a basic understanding of the traffic arbitration funnel: traffic > creative > landing > lead > upsell;
• You know how to manage priorities, deadlines and team resources;
• You have experience interacting with developers, designers, marketers and related departments;
• You understand product analytics and A/B-testing;
• You have the skills of documenting processes, generating reports and monitoring execution;
• You focus on the Agile approach — rapid creation of MVP, hypothesis testing, iterative product improvement.

What will be in your area of responsibility:

• Organize the full development cycle: planning > development > testing > implementation > support > improvement;
• Plan tasks, prioritize and monitor progress;
• Monitor deadlines, workload and team resources;
• Ensure effective communication between teams and departments;
• Maintain process transparency and project reporting;
• Analyze iteration results, improve processes and quality of execution.
