Ecoclub NGO announces recruitment for the position of assistant project coordinator
The project is aimed at increasing the sustainability of water utilities and residential/medical institutions in war-affected regions of Ukraine through the installation of solar power plants and training of local personnel.
Main duties
Administrative support of the project coordinator (calendar maintenance, preparation and storage of documents, minutes of meetings).
MEAL support - activities: help in conducting surveys, collecting feedback from beneficiaries, entering data into databases.
Collaboration with the communications team (collection of stories, photos, basic information about facilities and partners).
Other tasks related to the daily coordination and documentation of the project.
Requirements for candidates
Higher or incomplete higher education (management, ecology, energy, social sciences, economics or related specialties).
Experience of working or volunteering in the public sector / project activities will be an advantage.
Willingness to learn to work with project documentation, tender and financial procedures.
Fluent command of the Ukrainian language; English – not lower than B1 level (reading correspondence, basic communication).
Proficient in office programs (Google Workspace / MS Office), ability to work with online spreadsheets and cloud services.
Ability to organize one's own time, work in multitasking conditions and meet deadlines.
Attention to details, responsibility, willingness to communicate with various stakeholders (communities, partners, donors, contractors).
Working Conditions
Full time: 40 hours per week (flexible schedule).

Part of our activity today is focused on supporting medical institutions, boarding schools and water supply systems in communities affected by the war.
