Project manager (IT) in IT Cervis, TOV

Softlist is a team of professionals in the field of software development and implementation. We are expanding our staff and are looking for a Project Manager who knows how to manage processes, build communication with clients and effectively organize the work of the team.

Your tasks:

• Planning, coordination and control of software implementation projects;
• Communication with clients: clarifying needs, forming requirements, agreeing TK, regular communication;
• Team management: task setting, time and quality control, support and motivation;
• Preparation of plans, reports, technical documentation, budget control;
• Risk assessment and resolution of unforeseen situations;

• Participation in process optimization and improvement of project management standards.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Higher education;
• Work experience from 1 year;
• Speaks English at B1 level;
• Experience in managing projects involving the implementation or development of solutions on the Microsoft Office 365 platform (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate) - will be essential an advantage!
• Knows Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365;
• Able to work with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
• Analytical and strategic thinking;
• Presentation and organizational skills;
• Leadership skills and willingness to take responsibility;

• Attention to details, stress resistance, team work.
