Due to the active scaling of the business and the transition to a new operating model, we are looking for a leader who will lead the digital transformation of our key processes: from production and logistics to sales and analytics. of business systems, which will become a key link in the implementation of the company's strategic projects and the construction of its digital future.

Your role and area of influence:

You will manage a portfolio of internal projects aimed at automation, digitalization and increasing business analytical capabilities. Your work will have a direct impact on increasing operational efficiency, reducing costs and creating a foundation for further growth of the company on the market.1

Key projects and tasks:

• Managing the full cycle of implementation and integration of key business systems:

o Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM: to improve the efficiency of sales processes, customer base management and service.

o WMS (Warehouse Management System): to automate warehouse logistics, optimize storage and speed up order processing.

o 1С:ERP / BAS ERP: support and development of the existing system for integrated management of production, resources, procurement and finance. The priority project is the automation of the production cycle to obtain up-to-date data on cost and efficiency.

• Ensuring deep and seamless integration of new systems (Microsoft CRM, WMS) with the existing 1C:ERP accounting system.
• Formation of project teams, involving internal experts and external contractors; coordination of participants and control of tasks.
• Development of detailed plans for project implementation, management of budgets, deadlines, resources and risks.
• Conducting project meetings, recording decisions, monitoring progress and preparing regular reports for management.
• Optimization and standardization of project management processes in the company, participation in the development of a system approach.
